Shipping Policies

During Factory Access, order will ship from our Miami facility or our EU facility in Germany. Orders from inside the EU will ship from Germany facility and will not require import duties however the EU VAT tax will be applied to those orders.

Excellent domestic & international shipping rates have been negotiated with carriers.

If applicable, duties and local taxes will be charged by the appropriate authority at the destination country. Please determine these charges locally.
